Dana Abdel Halim Hyassat, MD (d.o.b. 24.06.1974), is Specialist in diabetes and endocrinology, at the national center for diabetes endocrinology and genetics, which is twined with the Jordan University Hospital. She has a Master degree in Internal Medicine (2003) and she is has Jordanian Board in Internal Medicine (2003) and Jordanian Board in diabetes and Endocrinology (2006).
She is involved in the care of adults and children who had diabetes or other endocrine disorders. Her duties include taking care of patients in the words and clinics, teaching medical students, doing researches as well as giving lectures.
She attended numerous courses and conferences. She published in prestigious journals (Int J Endocrinol Metab, Jordan Medical Journal, Annals of Nutrition and Metabolism, Research Journal of Pharmaceutical, Biological and Chemical Sciences, Amerian Journal of otolaryngology, European Journal of Pediatrics.
