Gabriel Pavel is the Head of Product Sales Director of Fujitsu for the Balkans Sales Region which encompasses Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, Macedonia, Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Bosnia&Hercegovina  and head of the operations in Romania.

Gabriel is responsible for leading the sales team, creating the strategies for distribution channel development, in order to reach the business objectives on medium and long term by building solid relationships based on win-win principles.

Gabriel has been with Fujitsu since 2016, holding the position of Sales Director & Head of Operation in Romania driving as a senior manager the sales team in Romania.

A Sales and Marketing Management professional with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, coordinated and led sales and marketing teams in multinational companies like Microsoft – Department of solutions and partners as well as at Enterprise Solutions Integrators, like Computerland, Novensys or Romanian Business Consult – focused on business verticals (Retail, Professional Services, Distribution/ Logistics, Manufacturing).

Gabriel holds a university degree in mathematics from the University of Iasi and a MBA from the Kennesaw State University of Atlanta (USA).

Gabriel lives in Bucharest in Romania with his wife and three daughters.
