Tournament mode: FOUR BALL SHAMBLE, NET INDIVIDUAL STABLEFORD

"Shamble" is a type of golf tournament format in which a flight of four golfers selects the one best drive among them after teeing off, then all four play their own golf balls from that position into the hole.

So if Golfer B hits the best drive, Golfers A, C and D pick up their drives, walk over to the location of B's ball, and all play their next strokes from that location, properly marked (at maximum one scorecard length from the chosen ball, even if in rough, but not closer to the hole). Player B will be the first to play his ball as it lies.

Once each golfer in a shamble plays their second stroke, they continue playing their own golf ball into the hole, in each case from wherever it lies.

In case of a Hole in One, the Par 3 hole will be played by the other players from the second best tee-off position.

As an additional rule, at least 4 tee shots of each player in the flight have to be taken in account and written on the scorecards.

The lowest handicap player will be the flight’s Captain and will oversee this rule and the strategy for the game. The Captain will also collect the 4 signed individual scorecards and turn them to the tournament organizers.

The scores are kept individually, not as a team.

ORGANIZER’S SPECIAL RULES
